When Nicole puts a quote together, she breaks it into line items: windows, weatherboards, eaves and fascia, water blasting, prep, and topcoats. You see the cost of each piece separately — not a single lump sum.
Water blasting is often split out because some clients prefer to do it themselves — and we're happy with that. Paint is always included in the quoted price. If we find something during the job that wasn't in the original scope — rot under a weatherboard, a failing substrate — we stop, show you, and quote it separately before doing the work. No surprises at the end.
